Attorney Kelly A. Smith is an experienced attorney practicing primarily in the areas of criminal defense, appeals, and immigration law.

In Arizona, Ms. Smith handles criminal cases and appeals in both State and Federal court. Her extensive experience ranges from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including murder and sex crimes. Ms. Smith has argued before the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Other areas of practice in Arizona include juvenile dependency matters, juvenile delinquencies and mental health matters. Ms. Smith handles immigration matters in both Arizona and California.

Ms. Smith was a Deputy Public Defender for seven years in Bisbee, Arizona prior to opening her own practice in Yuma, Arizona. She has recently expanded her immigration law practice into Southern California.

Ms. Smith received her J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Arizona, including the Appellate and Federal Courts of Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Smith is also able to practice immigration law anywhere in the country. Her practice in California is limited solely to immigration law.
